The ICRA Cruiser Training Grant is an integral part of our vision to introduce coaching and practice to the existing cruiser fleet. We want whole boat training and practice to be an integral part of the annual cruiser racing program on an organised systematic fleet wide basis in every cruiser club. This is driven by the need to improve the quality of club cruiser sailing for the benefit of all participants.
The purpose of this contribution grant is to provide assistance to clubs that establish a cruiser racing program approved by ICRA, working together towards attaining an improved level of racing competency amongst cruiser racers.
Grants of up to €1,000 are available per application

Sign up to the scheme and start preparing a training programme. We can assist in all aspects getting contacts, providing resources, facilitating access and advice.

Prepare and Plan
From course content to dates get the logistics of your training worked out. We will assist financially to make your programme as complete as possible for your participants

Promote + Execute
With your training programme planned we will assist in the promotion of your session to attract as many cruiser racers as you require.
